About Us

CompliMind is building the operating system for compliance in regulated infrastructure, starting with the NHS estate and expanding into the safety-critical buildings that keep the country running: hospitals, prisons, transport hubs, universities, government buildings. This is a billion £ problem in the UK and beyond, and one that lives depend on.
Right now, the work that keeps these buildings safe is fragmented and slow. Evidence sits across PDFs, shared drives and inboxes. Standards run to thousands of pages. Estates and facilities teams, the people responsible for the safety, welfare and security of anyone inside those buildings, end up spending too much time finding the right guidance and proving what they have done, instead of running their buildings.
We are changing that with an AI-native platform that brings search, evidence, workflow and assurance into one place, with traceable regulatory grounding built in. NHS Trusts already pay for CompliMind and teams are using it in live environments. This level of product market fit and recurring revenue is extremely rare for pre-seed stage companies.

About the Role

The next 12 months will be about taking what works in one vertical, the NHS, and scaling it into new segments. That only works if our NHS customers stay, grow, and prove out the model. This role owns that responsibility for those NHS customers.
Your key metrics will be conversions and revenue. But deeply understanding, empathising with, and solving problems for our customers is what delivers success in those areas.

What You'll Own

Own relationships with our NHS accounts.
Lead the implementation and roll-out when a new customer comes on.
Convert paid pilots into contracts that last.
Make sure our customers get a fantastic service and achieve what they wanted to when they brought CompliMind in.

What You'll Bring

You've worked as a CSM or an Account Manager, ideally for enterprise customers. You could also have been an enterprise AE now looking to move further into account management.
You're great with people, at forming relationships, and at communicating with a range of audiences and personas. You're organised and diligent enough to manage multiple customers concurrently.
You are comfortable talking brass tacks. You'll have financial and contract-level conversations with customers, so you can't be squeamish about what people sometimes view as 'difficult conversations'. The good news is that if you've done all the implementation right, those conversations should be easy.
You're flexible and want to take on independent responsibility. There will often be travel to (often unglamorous) customer sites, sometimes a lot of it. Our roles are evolving, and you'll work with Deployment Engineers, Product, Sales and our founders in ways we're still working out, so you have to operate within fuzzy, flexible structures.
You don't need the role or title-based experience if you can show you're good at the other aspects and have solid evidence you could do this role. For instance, ex-teachers are often great at CS.
Nice to have
An understanding of how buildings and facilities actually run, for example experience in construction, facilities management, engineering or other hard operations.
An educational background in engineering, which helps you communicate with customers on their own terms and come up to speed quickly.
NHS experience helps, but it matters less than knowing what it's like to maintain or operate a building.

Why You'll Love Working with Us

Ownership and responsibility. You own the customer relationship and beyond. We value initiative and operate with high trust and autonomy.
Early team. We're 10 people with a working product, paying customers, and more approaching us every week. You join at a very early stage with a front row seat as we grow.
Working location. Hybrid, London (Shoreditch) with significant on-site time at customer locations across the UK.
