Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who is responsible for executing design and creative work across various channels. This includes but is not limited to our social media profiles, pitch decks, reports, presentations, and other marketing and business materials. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have a strong aesthetic sense, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
• Create compelling pitch decks, presentations, and reports that effectively communicate ideas and data.
• Develop graphics and layouts for marketing materials, website content, and internal documents.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and business teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets.
• Maintain and enhance VerbaFlo.AI's visual identity, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to enhance our creative output.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including social media content, presentations, and branding materials.
• Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus.
