REMOTE FIRST / PERMANENT / FULL-TIME

After successfully raising an oversubscribed Series A investment round and increasing revenues to exceed $1m in ARR, our commercial team is now growing. Your team and your role

With our Commercial Team expanding globally, we are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and revenue, to support our future plans and product launches.

Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to drive profit and remove barriers.

The successful candidate will be a meticulous and driven professional, with experience in Sales Operations within B2B SaaS start-ups.

We are a remote-first company, so you will be working from home most days. However, you will need to attend Commercial Team monthly meetings and occasional company-wide gatherings at our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and optimise sales processes and procedures to increase key sales OKRs around efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
  • Partner with the Finance team and CEO to ensure that the CRM is set up to support sales processes and reporting requirements.
  • Drive the sales forecasting process, collaborating with the Commercial Team on their pipelines and generating comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity and align to consistent standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools.
  • Ensure collaborative and effective communication with sales and cross functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a sales playbook and ensure that Commercial Team have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Your skills

  • 5+ year experience within Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company (preferably in a high-growth start-up environment.
  • Experience within in the Construction-Tech (ConTech), PropTech or similar AEC industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing Sales Operations processes.
  • Experience using a CRM management system ( HubSpot) highly desirable
  • Highly organised and structured, with excellent prioritisation and project management skills
  • Sees data as a crucial part of decision-making
  • Personable, energetic and motivated with exceptional communication skills
  • Humble and ambitious. Eager to make an impact
  • Ability to work with autonomy and independence whilst communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment with an international team, tracking key metrics and providing transparent feedback in what is and isn’t working.
  • Passion for construction, sustainability and innovation and staying up to date with the latest industry trends is a bonus!
