Role
We are hiring for a full-time Senior Implementation Manager/Implementation Manager to join our team. This is a client-facing position requiring hands-on experience delivering SaaS platform setups, including configuration, data readiness, access provisioning, workflow enablement and go-live prepar

ation.
You will support clients throughout their lifecycle on Plentific by managing technical setup/implementation requests, and ensuring adoption remains high. The role requires the ability to analyse client processes, identify optimisation opportunities and help in designing scalable solutions aligned with their operational

goals.
The key focus will be on proactivity, cross-collaboration, quality control of the tasks, successful project completion and execution of relevant projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organ

isation.
