Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout the shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store
• Stock shelves and assist in merchandising products as required
• Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries
• Handle cash, credit, and return transactions while adhering to company policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail or customer service role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday 9-4
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
