ABOUT US
OfficeRnD has one mission - making flexible and hybrid working a norm rather than an option! We started building our SaaS platform back in 2015 to support the future of work. We believe that having freedom and flexibility is the way to provide better workspace experience. And that’s what enables us to develop products that matter - for our customers and for the world.
The company has offices in Bulgaria, USA, UK, Australia, and our teammates are the ones getting us to the top in our market niche.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We want to welcome a Talent Sourcing Specialist to help our team grow fast globally while creating an exciting candidate journey! You will be collaborating closely with our Leadership and People teams on talent sourcing initiatives for various positions all across the business functions and locations. You will also take part in organizing various employer brand initiatives internally and externally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sourcing:
- Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates across multiple channels (ATS, LinkedIn, various social platforms, universities, events, referral programs, talent communities) for roles across the US, Bulgaria, UK, and Australia.
- Build and nurture pipelines of suitable candidates for recurring or high volume roles to reduce time-to-hire.
- Track, analyze, and report on sourcing effectiveness and funnel metrics, continuously optimizing sourcing channels and approaches to meet global hiring demand efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and related systems.
- Ability to prioritize across different role types and markets.
Manage inbound and outbound candidate pipelines: initial screening interviews, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, offer preparation and extension.
Leadership enablement: advise leadership on market data and enable them to participate effectively in talent sourcing.
Talent Market Research:
- Gather information on market competitors, compensation and benefits trends, and candidate preferences to provide actionable insights for the People and Leadership teams.
- Conduct market research to guide hiring strategies for new roles or locations.
Employer branding: organizing internal and external events such as meetups, career fairs, hackathons, and team-building activities.
