About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the HubSpot Administrator will play a key role in scaling our systems and processes across the entire revenue funnel. This role will serve as the in-house expert for HubSpot and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day administration and governance of our HubSpot CRM.
- Build and maintain scalable processes, workflows, automations, lead routing, and reporting to support GTM team efficiency.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding and upsell/cross-sell workflows.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and process documentation.
- Manage integrations with other core tools in our RevOps tech stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong, PandaDoc, Aircall, billing platforms, etc.).
- Support end-user training, onboarding, and adoption of HubSpot features and best practices.
- Provide reporting and dashboards to enable visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and revenue metrics.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend system enhancements based on business needs and product updates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a HubSpot Admin or similar role within a B2B environment.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and associated Hubs (Marketing, Sales, and Service).
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience with RevOps best practices: funnel management, attribution, segmentation, lead management, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other SaaS tools via native connectors or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience working across multiple departments.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Revenue Operations, CRM Implementation, Reporting) are a strong plus.
