Product Manager
OfficeRnD
About us:
OfficeRnD has one mission: making flexible and hybrid working the norm, rather than an option. We started building our SaaS platform back in 2015 to support the future of work. Offering freedom and flexibility is the key to providing a better workspace experience. And that’s what enables us to develop products that matter - for our customers and for the world. The company has offices in Bulgaria, USA, UK, Australia, and our teammates are the ones getting us to the top in our market niche. If you're passionate about technology, too, come and join us!
About the role:
We are seeking a Product Manager who brings a strong blend of business acumen, strategic insight, and an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for building a compelling business case that guides how OfficeRnD’s business teams can best leverage product opportunities. Your scope will include, but not be limited to: defining product concepts, conducting investment analysis, gathering end-user requirements, overseeing the product development lifecycle, and shaping the go-to-market strategy.
This is a minimum 18-month maternity cover contract, but the role offers full ownership over one of our most critical product areas. You’ll have the opportunity to lead significant initiatives and influence our long-term product direction — with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the creation, prioritization, and evangelization of a comprehensive roadmap that inspires the organization to serve our customers effectively. Draw on hypothesis-driven thinking and strong analytics to inform the roadmap.
- Define requirements, initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, assist in determining the best technical implementation, track product development, and develop product launch plans.
- Research, understand, and draw insights into customer needs and pain points through a robust toolkit of qualitative (observing customers in a lab or the field) and quantitative (A/B testing, analytics) approaches.
- Collaborate closely with our Product Design team to develop design concepts and work with engineering to implement and refine them.
- Influence peers and leadership, leveraging insights from various sources, including product performance metrics, research, customer support, and competitor/industry research.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technical environment, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
- A demonstrated ability to navigate both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, delivering value at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Proven success in developing and executing cohesive product roadmaps that align with and support broader business objectives.
- A strong end-user mindset, with a passion for uncovering both explicit and latent customer needs through direct engagement and field research.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, especially when working on new initiatives with limited definition.
- A strong product mindset — focused on solving customer problems and delivering outcomes, not just shipping features.
- Naturally curious and data-driven, using analytics and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
What we offer in return is the opportunity to join a talented team and also enjoy:
- Premium health insurance incl. dental.
- 25 days off a year.
- 1 additional day off for your birthday.
- 3 days off for volunteering.
- Full remuneration for your first 3 days of sick leave.
- Flexible start and end of the working day and hybrid working mode, including a combination of remote and on-site (a minimum of 40% of the monthly working time).
- A fantastic work-hard/play-hard start-up environment - we have numerous social events and team outings.
- Participate in various sports activities and enjoy a co-funded MultiSport card.
