About the role:
We want to welcome a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our team grow fast globally while creating an exciting candidate journey! You will be collaborating closely with our leadership and People Partners on talent acquisition initiatives for various positions all across the business function and locations. You will take part in organizing various candidate experience initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment process - from strategy, through sourcing, assessment and selection to closure.
- Partner with leaders to grow and help establish strong and highly engaged teams.
- Your role will focus on Product Management & Design, Software Development & Support roles at different levels of the organization.
- Develop and execute plans to identify and drive efficiency improvements that enable delivery of hiring goals.
- Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various sourcing techniques and channels: Boolean, LinkedIn, Amazing Hiring, etc.
- Be responsible for a smooth and engaging onboarding of new employees in Bulgaria.
- Participation in offboarding of employees, either voluntarily or involuntary leavers.
- Participation in employee happiness and employer brand initiatives.
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a software company.
- Solid sourcing experience and creative pipeline management.
- Superb talent assessment skills.
- Successful track record in implementing innovative recruiting strategies in a growing organization.
- Be tech savvy, interested in different sourcing and communication tools.
- Willingness to expand your knowledge on how the people side of the business works and is the engine behind innovation and success.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
