About the role:

As a People Partner you will play a vital role in creating a positive employee experience globally throughout the entire employment lifecycle. You are responsible for various People functions from attraction to offboarding, ensuring that our employees have an exciting and rewarding journey with the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Talent Acquisition process from identification of the need and attraction to offer acceptance for product and technical roles.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee experience inquiries and issues.
  • Organize employer branding campaigns depending on the need - events, social media strategies, video creation, etc.
  • Participate in the first day orientation to familiarize new hires with company vision, mission, and values, policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Administer the pre- and on-boarding process in compliance with legal requirements while ensuring smooth new hire experience;
  • Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees globally.
  • Own engagement and happiness initiatives such as , benefits, knowledge sharing events, parties, recognition awards and more.
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries;
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies and procedures.

What you need to succeed:

  • Good understanding of HR best practices and programs.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, and regulations in Bulgaria.
  • Excellent communication skills evident at different levels of the organization - from junior specialists to executives.
  • Curiosity to expand knowledge and skills in HR practices across the globe.
  • Good project and program management skills.
  • Advanced skills in working with HRIS and other HR software applications such as Lattice, LinkedIn Recruiter and similar;
  • Solid skills in Excel/ Google Spreadsheets and overall Microsoft office/Google suite.
  • Fluent English.
