About the role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will dive deeply into accounting data and work for the improvement of the quality of the financial reports and processes in a fast-growing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and account company AP invoices;
• Company credit cards management;
• Post various GL entries and accruals;
• Manage the travel expenses of the staff across all regions;
• Support Headcount reporting;
• Issue Intercompany invoices and reconcile the intercompany accounts;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Analyze AR aging reports, manage bad debt provision reviews and deferred revenue schedules;
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status;
• Contribute to the delivery of month/year-end closing activities by ensuring the quality of the financial data and its completeness;
• Improve accounting procedures and processes;
• Prepare internal ad-hoc and regular reports and calculations.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in an accounting role;
• Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary;
• Technical accounting skills and proficiency with Excel;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations;
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Very good level of verbal and written English.
