What is our Mission?

We believe that the best way to interact with Software is using our most natural interface - Our Voice.

Frontline workers have had to put up with poorly-designed, non-empathetic software that wasn’t built for them.

Our mission is to fix this.

We are building the voice interaction layer for the frontline workforce - mechanists, field installation engineers, pest control operators and many more.

With our product, the Workfone, the information flow is bi-directional, and the friction is gone.

We are already working with industrial high-precision manufacturing plants, field installation companies, and major manned security guarding firms.

You get to build real software for real people with real products & services!

You’ll shape how frontline workers interact with our product, building systems that help them get the right information, complete tasks, and work seamlessly across the systems they rely on.

From improving our Voice AI experience to reduce latency, handle noise & VAD better, UX work on our iOS & Android app, to smart post-processing, your impact will be end-to-end.

You will rapidly prototype new concepts and features to validate ideas before full implementation.

You will collaborate directly with our customers, customise our platform, and lead development efforts to scale it.

🏅 You are a Fit if…

• You have 5+ years in software engineering with real backend depth. Python (or another backend language) and Postgres (or a similar SQL DB) were your daily drivers. You are not afraid to spend time modelling architecture and data structures before implementation

• You have strong security fundamentals. Experience working on Authentication, Authorisation, MFA, SSO, tenant isolation, and hands-on experience with WorkOS, Clerk, or similar.

• Can own a domain end-to-end, from unclear problem to deployed feature, and make architecture calls without a committee.

• Startup ready. You have worked at seed or Series A scale, or as an early engineer, and you are fine with shifting priorities and no set playbook. You help set engineering standards for the next hires.

• You actually like talking to users. You are willing to sit with frontline workers and customers, hear the calls, and let that shape what gets built.

• You can move fast and slow. Prototyping ideas in hours, then building enterprise-grade features to a high-quality bar.

• You have taste - you can distinguish well-built products and UX from average user experiences.

• You are a strong believer in Voice AI as an interface and a daily user of WhisprFlow (or similar)

🎯 You are an amazing fit if…

• You have shipped production Voice AI, not just prototyped it. Voice agents, custom or fine-tuned STT, real-time audio pipelines, and a track record of pushing word error rate down on messy real-world input.

  • Comfortable with multilingual and heavy accent conditions. Has handled code-switching, dialects, and non-native speakers as a core problem rather than an edge case, ideally for frontline or field users.

  • You treat latency as a product feature. Knows how to profile and cut end-to-end response time in streaming voice systems, and knows where the tradeoffs against accuracy sit.

• You have working DevOps competence. Terraform or equivalent IaC, containerised workloads on AWS, CI/CD, and enough observability to debug production without help.
