As Chief of Staff at Kertos, your purpose is to multiply the effectiveness of the founders and the leadership team while strengthening alignment and trust across the entire organization.

You sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and culture. You turn ambition into clarity, clarity into structure, and structure into outcomes.

You ensure that:

• Our strategy translates into measurable priorities and real progress.

• Leadership decisions are well-prepared, well-communicated, and well-executed.

• Cross-functional initiatives don’t stall in complexity.

• Risks, tensions, and misalignment are surfaced early, not when it’s too late.

• The organization understands not just what we’re doing, but why.

You are both a strategic operator and a trusted internal partner. You create focus in moments of growth, structure in moments of ambiguity, and trust in moments of change.

• 3–5+ years in strategy, consulting, venture, or high-growth SaaS.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

• Ability to translate strategy into clear KPIs, roadmaps, and accountability.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English and executive presence.

• High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills.

• Sound judgment and the ability to challenge constructively.

• Absolute integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

• A bias for ownership, clarity, and disciplined execution.
