You’re part of our newest Product Squad in Berlin which will focus on our latest research project to push the automation and intelligence of our Kertos Platform even further. As the Product Manager of this brand-new Squad, you will be both: customer champion and team enabler. Together with your team, you are driving forward our mission to become Europe’s leading B2B solution for compliance automation. So, if you are looking for a role in which you will have a massive impact - this is it!

What you will be doing here:

• Talk to clients, users, and legal experts to identify and prioritize product features to meet their needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for actionable plans.
• Play a pivotal role in the product development process, from ideation to delivery, by introducing and driving innovative ideas.
• Own the roadmap and keep it updated, using tools like Productboard or innovative methods to communicate evolving product strategy to the team and stakeholders.
• Create user stories with detailed product functionality descriptions to facilitate effective communication with the development team and stakeholders.
• Support the development team for a smooth sprint cycle, providing clarification on product-related matters and fostering a collaborative environment.

• You are an experienced Product Manager and have worked in a B2B SaaS startup or scale up for the past years, feeling most comfortable working in this environment and in cross functional teams
• You are used to working with agile methods, particularly Scrum, to drive efficient product development
• You are obsessed with customers, always prioritizing their needs and satisfaction of our users to improve our platform
• You leverage your strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in cross-functional teams
• You define your own tasks, handle them and the stakeholders simultaneously with ease thanks to your strong project and stakeholder management skills

German language skills are not mandatory but highly appreciated. And if you happen to have experience in Compliance, GDPR and/or Information Security, especially with ISO 27001, that would also be a big plus.
