Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to look after a portfolio of our highest value hosts in the UK market.
You will be their main point of contact, their sounding board, and their advocate internally. You will work closely with our High Value Host Manager and our operations teams to make sure every property performs at its best, both commercially and operationally. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our Cape Town office.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and growing relationships with key hosts, building trust and long term partnerships
- Acting as the commercial lead on your accounts, spotting ways to increase revenue and occupancy
- Creating 12 month letting strategies tailored to each host, balancing short and longer term stays, seasonality and pricing
- Running regular performance reviews with hosts, using data to guide decisions and improve results
- Building clear, data backed case studies to share best practice across the portfolio
- Supporting the onboarding of new high value hosts and helping expand existing accounts
- Feeding back ideas to improve our processes, systems and overall host experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in account management, ideally in hospitality, property, or a similar field
- Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and handle tricky conversations when needed
- Strong commercial instinct, comfortable working with data and turning insight into action
- Self motivated, organised and comfortable working at pace
- Genuinely cares about delivering a great service
- Degree or equivalent experience
