Contilio is a fast-growing, AI-first SaaS scaleup based in London, UK. We have built and scaled the world’s first 3D AI analytics & insights platform for the largest industry on earth, construction. Our cutting-edge software, for the first time, automates quality verification, manufacturing style quantity tracking, progress, and predictive risks in hours and generates an intelligent digital twin previously missing from construction! This enables our enterprise customers to access connected, timely insights, make smart decisions, and eliminate problems before they happen, saving billions in cost, time, FTE, and CO2 emissions.

We are building the global AI category leader for one billion global projects, creating significant value for our customers and the global population given 40% of the world’s CO2 originates from the $12Tn Construction industry! To fulfil this vision, we set ambitious goals, work hard as a team, and believe that anything is possible!

Fuelled by our exponential growth and market demand, we are now looking for a result-oriented, customer-focused, and ambitious Commercial & Success Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will forge relationships with and work alongside diverse construction and real estate stakeholders to understand their needs, answer their questions and ensure that they get the best value out of Contilio. You will drive value creation for our customers, ensuring that our users have the best experience and continue to expand their use of existing and upcoming functionalities across and outside their organizations.

Your responsibilities:

Business Development Support

  • Create and present high-quality sales presentations, account plans, proposals, and key material required for customer delivery & success.

  • Conduct pipeline demos, answer key questions, and ensure customers have an up-to-date knowledge of new products, features and Contilio's value proposition.

  • Promote the Contilio brand and product by attending events, meetings, calls, etc and develop relationships with contacts for different customers/prospects.

Delivery and Success Ownership

  • Continuously demonstrate the value of Contilio to customers and identify, support, and accelerate upsells and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the BD team.

  • Develop and execute customer delivery plans/tasks with agility and ensure that our customers are onboarded, serviced, and expanded with care, helping them to capture maximum value from Contilio’s offerings.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, collect feedback, and triage new feature requests on behalf of each customer.

Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, competition, and our product and customer success best practices, turning them into measurable customer success strategies, processes and KPIs.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of customer interactions in our CRM and account plans and meet and exceed your success/net revenue retention KPIs.

Your core qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction industry & management consulting, B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineer, or related roles.

  • Exceptional communication (both written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills, including a proven track record of working with, influencing, and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.

  • Strong commercial acumen, enabling you to wear different hats and comfortably work with complex documents and topics, including civil engineering / construction, financial models, business cases, proposals, contracts, and processes.

  • Customer-focused delivery mindset and excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute complex tasks with agility and with minimal supervision.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop structured material and conduct high-quality product demo’s to different buyer groups, including engineers, project managers, digital transformation executives, heads of construction, and more.

  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems, B2B databases, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding your targets and KPIs.

  • International travel.

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Prior experience in construction technology space and exposure to B2B SaaS product sales, and/or supply chain strategy & operations are highly desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, together with an MBA from a top school.

  • Fluency in a second language, including German, Arabic or French.

  • The drive to challenge yourself and the status quo to bring about positive impact.

  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo.
