Contilio is a fast-growing, AI-first SaaS scaleup based in London, UK. We have built and scaled the world’s first 3D AI analytics & insights platform for the largest industry on earth, construction. Our software, for the first time, automates quality verification, manufacturing style quantity tracking, construction progress, and predictive risks in hours and generates intelligent digital twins previously missing from construction! This enables our global enterprise customers to access timely, connected insights, make smart decisions, and eliminate problems with speed, saving billions in cost, time, FTE, and CO2 emissions.

We are building the global category leader, creating significant value for our customers, the earth and the global population given 40% of the world’s CO2 originates from the $12Tn Construction industry! To fulfil this vision, we set ambitious goals, work hard as a team, and believe that anything is possible!

Fuelled by our exponential growth and market demand, we are looking to add two competitive, entrepreneurial, and ambitious Senior Account Executives to join our commercial team. In this role, you will build relationships with diverse construction and real estate stakeholders, explain the value of Contilio to prospect customers, and most importantly close Enterprise deals with agility. You will use events, cold calls, meetings, emails, etc, to understand the customer requirements and needs, and manage the entire sales process, from generating leads, to qualifying them and rapidly expanding our existing enterprise customer base in the UK and globally, unlocking significant value for Contilio and our customers.

We offer competitive OTE, equity options, and the opportunity to take on more ownership as we grow our team and global footprint.

Preference for candidates with UK work authorization, though we are able to sponsor the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from generating leads and qualifying enterprise customers to securing deals (hunt and close).

  • Establish and grow strong relationships with strategic contacts, and users/buyers to retain and grow existing revenue and identify and close new opportunities.

  • Actively generate leads through cold-calls, emails, events, site visits, and develop accounts through discovery calls, sales presentations, demos, proposals, etc.

  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, managing and and hitting your sales targets.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of customer interactions in our CRM and account plans and meet and exceed your success/net revenue retention KPIs.

  • Actively develop and maintain sales collaterals, pricing and business models, proposals and response to RFPs, ensuring that prospect customers have an up-to-date knowledge of our product features, value and roadmap.

  • Continuously promote the Contilio brand and work with the rest of the commercial team to provide value-driven support to ensure our customers and users are successful and to create upsell opportunities.

  • International travel to engage with different customers and prospects.

Your core qualifications:

  • 5+ years of total B2B SaaS sales experience, with a min. 2 years of selling to or managing enterprise accounts.

  • Results-driven, with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding your Enterprise sales targets (£400-1000K per annum).

  • Exceptional communication (both written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills, including a proven track record of working with, influencing, and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to demo Contilio’s platform to prospective customers and comfortably explain our value proposition and benefits to diverse buyer groups, including engineers, project managers, digital transformation & construction executives, and more.

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, enabling you to wear different hats and comfortably work with complex documents and topics, including construction topics, financial models, business cases, proposals, contracts, etc.

  • Entrepreneurial team player, keen to learn, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving scale-up environment.

  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems, B2B databases, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, engineering, or related fields.

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Prior experience in construction, real estate, or sustainability technology space.

  • Established network of construction and real estate contacts within UK & Europe.

  • Fluency in a second language including Spanish, German, French or Arabic.

  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments and complex technical concepts.

  • The desire to challenge yourself and bring about global impact, and history of excellence in everything that you do.

  • Experience with Hubspot, Apollo, and GSuite.
