Role Description

This is a part-time Operations Associate role based in Sweden, Denmark or the UK. You will work closely with our customers in their day-to-day transport operations while supporting the wider Alrik team.

You'll get hands-on with real operational problems: solving day-to-day challenges, spotting patterns in data, and turning what you learn into feedback that shapes our product.

This is a chance to work inside a fast-growing company, alongside enterprise customers in construction, and see first-hand how AI gets applied to real logistics problems.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both online and in person
• Comfortable working with data to spot patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Organised, detail-oriented and a fast learner, able to prioritise when things move quickly
• Students from leading technical universities or business schools are encouraged to apply; the role can be combined with ongoing studies
• Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is a plus
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with SQL and/or AI tools are a plus"
