Role Description

This is a part-time role for an Operations Associate based in Copenhagen. You will work closely with our customers in their daily transport operations — and support the Alrik team with operational efficiency improvements, data reports, and business intelligence.

The role combines hands-on operational execution with analytical thinking. You will solve day-to-day challenges, identify patterns in data, and translate operational insights into structured feedback that shapes our product development. This is a great opportunity to gain fast growth startup exposure and work with Enterprise customers in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal skills, online and in-person
• Comfortable working with data to identify improvement opportunities
• Organised and detail-oriented fast learner with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Students and alumni from leading technical universities or business schools are encouraged to apply and can combine the role with their studies
• Proficiency in English and Danish is required. Swedish is a plus
• Proven curiosity and ability in SQL and/or AI-tools
