Role Description

This is a part-time role for an Operations Associate based in Stockholm. You will work closely with our customers in their daily transport operations — supporting delivery planning, route optimisation, and continuous improvement in fleet utilisation and service levels.

The role combines hands-on operational execution with analytical thinking. You will solve day-to-day challenges, identify patterns in transport data, and translate operational insights into structured feedback that shapes our product development. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world logistics exposure while working in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in operations, logistics or transport planning, with the ability to manage workflows in a structured way
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data to identify improvement opportunities
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, BI tools) and operational software is a plus
• Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Students from leading technical universities or business schools are encouraged to apply, and can combine the role with their studies
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Swedish is a strong asset
